TRAINING – Nissi cannot sufficiently emphasise the importance of skills and development in a work place, we thus have at heart that we only at all times supply our client with workers that best meet your requirements and standards, and the open communication channel is requested from the client should there be a need that workers need special training.
WORKING DAY – To better meet our clients operational needs, the clock in or out times for our employees will be set out by the client and Nissi only be notified to ensure that the supplied workers will have transport from work home at the end of the shift.
DELIVERY OF WORKERS – Nissi strives to supply ad-hoc staff within less than an hour from the time of order. Pre-orders are covered on any time of your request regardless of the numbers ordered.
INCIDENT/ACCIDENT MANAGEMENT – Nissi will complete a full and detailed investigation on any incident/accident, which might be caused by its employee and the feedback given to the client within 24 to 48 hours. We do anything beyond your request in conducting our investigations.
